1. You are not alone.
2. It gets better--a lot better.
When I first started this blog, my page views skyrocketed overnight when I added the words "gluten free" to my home page. I assumed some of the newly-diagnosed celiacs referenced above were looking for some guidance and stumbled across my currently rather unhelpful blog.
In response to that assumed curiosity, I got to work on a second blog, GF2: The Everyday Celiac. Whether you are an experienced celiac, recently diagnosed with celiac disease, or simply curious about the latest health-food buzz words--gluten free--swing on by and take a look.
Also, don't forget to check out my sampling of intimidation-free gluten free recipes. Happy reading, and remember: say no to gluten!
